In her role, she oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including branding, digital marketing, communications, analytics, client experience initiatives, and operational improvements that support the firm&#8217;s long-term objectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ms. Navarro is a proud Longhorn, as she&nbsp;earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations with a Minor in Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin. Before joining the firm, she worked in community engagement for a consulting firm, managing communication and outreach campaigns related to infrastructure and city planning projects. This experience strengthened her ability to connect with diverse audiences, communicate complex information effectively, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Known for her ability to connect with others and her analytical approach to problem-solving,&nbsp;she&nbsp;enjoys evaluating systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies that help organizations achieve their goals. She is particularly passionate about big-picture planning and finding innovative ways to align marketing, operations, and client experience with the firm&#8217;s vision for growth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outside of work,&nbsp;she&nbsp;enjoys staying active through exercise, going to the movies, and listening to music.
