After immigrating to the United States with limited resources, Attorney San Miguel worked while pursuing his educational and professional goals. During this time, he served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and was activated in support of the Global War on Terror and Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military service reinforced the values of discipline, leadership, and perseverance that continue to guide him today. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Attorney San Miguel earned his law degree from the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Nuevo Le\u00f3n and later obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Indiana University in Indianapolis. Throughout his career, he has gained experience across the judicial, corporate, and private sectors, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the legal and business challenges faced by individuals and companies operating across borders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Since being licensed to practice law in Texas in 2010, Attorney San Miguel has advised thousands of individuals and businesses on matters involving corporate law, commercial litigation, international probate, cross-border transactions, business formation, and immigration law.
