With a degree from South Texas College of Law and a background in both business and law, Attorney Jones represents clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including breach of contract disputes, premises liability claims, insurance disputes, banking litigation, and claims involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. His experience in the courtroom and strategic approach to dispute resolution help clients navigate complex legal challenges while protecting their personal and business interests.
Before practicing law, Attorney Jones worked as an analyst for a global investment bank, specializing in consumer staples, materials, and natural resources. That business experience provides valuable insight into the challenges companies face and allows him to offer practical, results-oriented guidance tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Throughout his legal career, Attorney Jones has successfully represented clients in multiple jury trials and appeals. He has prevailed in dozens of summary judgments and helped resolve hundreds of disputes through mediation and arbitration, demonstrating his commitment to achieving favorable outcomes both inside and outside the courtroom.
Outside of work, Attorney Jones enjoys surfing, traveling, skiing, playing music, and spending time with his family. Clients may also be surprised to learn that he won his first surf contest at just six years old, once applied to become a civilian passenger on a rocket that would orbit the moon, and is known for questioning assumptions whenever someone says, “That’s just how it is.”
