San Miguel Attorneys, P.C. is seeking a full-time Bilingual Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This position is responsible for conducting intake interviews, evaluating potential matters, gathering and documenting case information, and converting qualified leads into scheduled consultations.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is bilingual in English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, thrives in a structured environment, and is comfortable discussing consultation fees and scheduling appointments. Experience in client intake, customer service, sales, legal support, or CRM systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review lead information before contacting prospective clients
- Conduct intake interviews using approved scripts and questionnaires
- Gather detailed information regarding prospective legal matters
- Ask follow-up questions to fully understand each prospective client's situation
- Evaluate potential matters using established qualification criteria
- Identify matters requiring attorney review
- Document intake information accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and excellent client service throughout all interactions
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Associate degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Prior experience in client intake, sales, customer service, legal support, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable discussing consultation fees and collecting payments
- Experience with Clio Grow and Clio Manage or other CRMs preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
