Her academic studies in Paralegal Studies and Finance at Texas Southern University, coupled with her achievement of graduating Summa Cum Laude, reflect her dedication to excellence and professional growth.
Outside of work, Ms. Zavala enjoys skateboarding, hiking, and challenging herself with puzzles and brain teasers. During college, she was an active member of her debate team and earned second place in an international debate competition, further strengthening her analytical and communication skills. She is also known for embracing new challenges, having learned to drive a manual transmission on the highway and even rappelled from a military aircraft.
