When asked about a favorite case outcome, he pointed to a case in which he helped obtain a summary disposition for a client who was being sued over an accident that was neither the client’s fault nor preventable. Cases like these reinforce his commitment to protecting clients from unnecessary liability and helping them achieve fair outcomes.
Outside of the office, Attorney Spence enjoys bowling and pickleball, but clients may be surprised to learn a few more interesting facts about him. Including that he attended high school in Roswell, New Mexico. Yes! The famous home of alien lore, and he served as an intern with the United States Secret Service during the events of September 11, 2001.
Among his proudest professional achievements is passing both the Texas and New Mexico Bar Exams on his first attempt, a testament to his dedication and work ethic.
